✦DESCRIPTION: You will receive an open back ring in your metal choice that features a design darkened with a black patina. This ring is smooth, light, and easy to wear. Aluminum will not rust, tarnish, or turn your skin green. Sterling silver can tarnish and turn your skin green if not cleaned properly, but it will also not rust. The ring is 1/4-inch wide. Sizes available are 4-12, and metal should not be manually adjusted to fit your finger. This ring starts as a flat strip of metal. I measure to the center of the strip, mark, and stamp it. I shape the ring using ring pliers and then hammer the ring on a stainless steel ring mandrel to shape it to the exact size you've selected. Sizing like this allows the piece to harden for more strength and durability. I then darken the impression with a black patina that should last through many situations. Once the ring is polished, it is wrapped up with care and shipped to you.
