Created with the intent to heal she is a companion that has a little bit of sass sparkling in those eyes of hers. The heart on the front of her is a small pocket so that a treasured keepsake or token can be placed there for her to hold safe.
Included with the purchase of Lila you will also receive a small tumbled piece of Rose Quartz that fits inside the heart at her belly.

I am a storyteller. I believe everything has a story from the most fantastical to the mundane.
Burdock and Thistle is the creative space where I intend to offer dolls, art, and other assorted things. I crochet, sew, sculpt, and adore needle felting. And that's the short list!
I fiddle with almost everything and have so many things I want to do it can be overwhelming. Which when people say... you should niche down I tilt my head in confusion. Niche down? What is this concept?
I am like the old time five and dime, you never know what you might find tucked away in a corner, but the one truth is.... I create with intent.
Most of my items and handcrafted pieces are going to be offered with the intent to offer support, to enhance and maybe enchant.
I come from humble beginnings, believe in magic and have three amazing sons that I hope to be able to provide for for the years to come. A dreamer, I grew up somewhere between city life and life on the farm. My grandparents raised sheep and that is where my love of sewing, textiles and wool can be traced back as well as many of the things I learned to create taught by my grandmother.

Made with acrylic yarn, filled with polyfil and accented with two plastic buttons for eyes.

Care instructions: Surface wash, spot clean only.
Due to the nature of this item it is NOT recommended for children under the age of 12 as excessive handling can compromise the structure of the item. In other words, the buttons present a choking hazard. It is meant to be a companion or display piece for someone older and not for play.

Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped in 2-4 business days of when the order was received
All packages shipped via USPS usually in a box, bubble mailer or a polybag depending on the order
Shipping transit speed is determined by the USPS and is out of my control once packages are dropped off at the USPS
Delivery times start when the packages are handed off to the post office
USPS delays are out of my control, so keep that in mind for expected delayed holiday shipping times or general delays when placing orders for time-sensitive gifts
Returns Policy
I do not accept returns, but please contact me with any concerns BEFORE PURCHASING if you need anymore information about the product
Cancellation
I do not accept order cancellations after 12 hours due to my shipping and processing times. Please contact me before 12 hours passes to ensure your order is cancelled and isn't already heading out the door to the post office.
Problems?
My order hasn't arrived: If your order hasn't arrived and the post office has listed it as delivered, please contact the post office to see where your package was left. They have GPS on their scanners and are able to track down where it was delivered. If it was delivered to the wrong address, they can help assist in getting your package. If they delivered to your address, they won't be able to assist.
