Hello and welcome to Rooted Rustic Creations. My name is Melissa, I am a farm girl that gets to craft full-time while still being able to be home with my family, 5 dogs and many farm animals.
I am so happy to be able to create custom items for you. Shop Policies
Processing Time :
All items are made to order and can take up to 7-10 business days to complete. During the holidays there might be a longer processing time depending on the item.
Shipping:
Shipping will be USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail.
Customer is responsible for providing the correct address. Items returned due to a incorrect address will need to be resent at the buyers cost.
Once the item is shown as delivered no refunds or replacements will issued. Please make sure you have a secure location for deliveries.
Cancellations:
Cancellations will be accepted within 24hrs of placing your order.
Cancellation on personalized/custom orders will not be accepted if production has started on the item.
Return Policy :
If the customer receives the product and is unhappy for any reason please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. Buyer will need to state what the issue is and provide pictures.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Product need to be returned within 7 days.
Original shipping paid will not be included in refund.
Refund will be issued once the product is received back in the condition it was sent.
