Meet the Maker
I've been creating and drawing since I could hold a crayon. After going to art school, I went to work as a creative planner, product developer, prop designer and graphic designer for many years working for various size companies from very large to very small. In 2009 when my company laid off everyone in our town, my husband and I decided to open our own business. For years I have been managing the business end of my husbands metal work and creating jewelry and other creative items, but I finally decided to start painting again after many years and am really enjoying the outcome. I hope you enjoy it as well!

All designs are originals and created/painted by me- Mary M Spencer, and I legally own them and all reproductions of them. They cannot be downloaded, printed or electronically used without prior written permission for any use including personal use.
Processing Times
Please allow 3-5 business days before shipping. We often ship faster, however rule of thumb is 3-5 days. Please message me if you need something more quickly and I will try to accomodate.
Shipping
I will ship USPS ground advantage unless otherwise noted. It can take up to a week to arrive once sent. Currently, I only ship within the United States.
Missing Package: If the post office says your item was delivered, but you have not received it, please do the following:
1. Ask everyone in your household if they brought the package in without telling you (not to rat out my hubby, but this happens occasionally in our household :) )
2. Check with your neighbors. This has happened to me more than once when we have a sub delivering mail.
3. Ask your postal person if they remember delivering it.
4. If all else fails, please let me know and I will help open up a case with USPS. They are able to use GPS to track where the package was delivered. If they can't track it down, I will open a lost package case and they will investigate it. If the package was stolen, I can help guide you to open a police report and I will make sure you get a replacement.
Return Policy
My items are returnable IF they are not customized and IF they come back in the same condition they were sent out. However, the customer is required to pay for return shipping. A refund will be given once the item is received back.
If an item arrives DAMAGED, please keep the packaging and take pictures of the packaging and the item and message me with the information so I can help you work out a solution.
