Once we receive a file from you, the process starts:
Proper digital preparation of your logo is key to the best final result!
Once the logo is digitized, the engraving process starts with our high-quality CO2 laser.
After the engraving process is complete, the patch will be seen or heat-pressed on the hat.

Where is My ORDER?!
Dear customer! We do our best to fulfill all orders within the stated processing time. We provide the tracking numbers for each order. Please note, that once the package left our facility we have NO CONTROL over it. Please check the tracking directly on USPS.com
My package is stuck in transit...
We would love to provide you with more information about the stacked orders, but we don't have any control over the shipping carrier. I would highly recommend checking with your local post office supervisor and ask them to email or call the sorting facility where your package is stuck and ask them to run NDC ( Network Distribution Center) Package Inquiry. I didn't receive the package but tracking marked as delivered.
We are not responsible for stolen packages. All orders are shipped to the provided address at checkout. We send a reminder to check the shipping address in the confirmation email. ( we can change the shipping address if you will request it)
My order is wrong!
We will be more than happy to replace the order if WE made a mistake. Please contact us within 7 days after you receive the order. Provide your name, order number, and picture of the wrong item.
What if I don't like the font?
We are not accepting returns or exchanges on custom orders. We provide a font preview upon request. If you have an issue, please contact us within 3 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER YOU RECEIVED THE ORDER.
Can I send you a ready for the embroidery file?
Yes. You can send us a ready for the embroidery file done by someone else. Please note, in this case, we are not responsible for the quality of the embroidery! We can't be liable for someone else's work. Please make sure, that the file you send us is PREPARED specifically for the CAP! ( There is a difference between files created for caps and files created for flat embroidery such as: polos, towels, t-shirts e.t.c. It is the correct size, including the color chart with thread selection.
Can I request a preview of the font or logo?
Yes, we can send a preview of the fonts, please request it through messages, or in the order notes. We do not send previews of the logos before purchase. This process is time-consuming and takes 2-5 days.
THE THREAD COLOR NOT THE SAME AS PICTURED
The thread colors and shades may appear differently depending on your phone or computer monitor settings. Monitors can sometimes show variations in brightness, contrast, or hue that may not match the actual product’s appearance. If you have questions about the color or need more pictures of the actual spool, please request them. We are happy to provide as many pictures ( in different light settings) as possible.
