I offer a full refund policy within 15 days of order receipt. Refunds are processed upon receipt of the returned item(s). For your peace of mind, please ensure all returns are shipped with tracking number; I cannot be held liable for items lost in transit.
For concerns regarding damage during shipment, please notify me promptly to facilitate a resolution. A prepaid mailing label will be provided for return shipment. Upon receipt of the item, you may elect to receive a refund or opt for item repair.

Please be advised that my jewelry is not intended for use by children or pets, nor is it edible or food safe. Additionally, it is not recommended for continuous wear and should be removed during swimming, bathing or sleeping.
The wire utilized in my creations may be gold or silver plated, copper, brass and tarnish resistant. However, any of these material wires are employed for earring wires, which, while formulated to resist tarnishing, may exhibit tarnish over time. Similarly, findings, such as jump rings, claps etc. are utilized, requiring occasional polishing to maintain their luster. Chemical cleaning solutions are discouraged, particularly in conjunction with beads and gemstones.
