This listing is for an incense burning kit that includes a brass incense burner, a 10-disc pack of charcoal discs, a pair of charcoal tongs, and your choice of one 2-oz tin of loose herbal incense.

Herbal incense choices include the following blends.

Purifying -

Made with organic Rosemary, Mugwort, White Sage, Roses, Wormwood and Copal Resin.

Inner Peace -

Made with organic Marshmallow Root, White Sage, Lavender, Passionflower, Roses, Calendula Petals, Chamomile, Frankincense Resin and Myrrh Resin.

Open Space -

Made with organic White Sage, Cedar Tips, Lavender, Sweetgrass and Copal Resin.

Hummingbird Herb & Soap Co. incense contains nontoxic, natural ingredients with no artificial fragrances, no synthetic preservatives, no petroleum products and no dyes. Our incense is created with organic herbs, berries, and flowers. Because it is handmade, there may be slight variations from batch to batch.

Even though this product is all natural and organic, some people, especially those with respiratory problems like seasonal allergies, asthma or COPD may not be able to tolerate the ingredients or the smoke.

Meant to be burned on special charcoal discs in a heatproof container in an area with good ventilation or thrown onto a fire. Smoldering incense can be a fire hazard if not properly contained. Never leave burning incense unattended.

Keep out of the reach of children and pets.

All Hummingbird Herb and Soap Co products are manufactured by hand with spa-quality ingredients in small, controlled batches to protect the superior quality of the high-grade ingredients. 

Hummingbird Herb & Soap Co. products contain no artificial ingredients, no synthetics, no petroleum products and no perfumes. This salve is free of SLS, sulfates, sodium tallowate, animal fats, parabens, phthalates, synthetic fragrances, dyes, DEA, EDTA, synthetic preservatives, triclosan, paraffin, petrochemicals.

Because our products are handmade from actual plant material in small batches there may be slight variations from batch to batch.

ORDER TIMELINE

Our company normally handcrafts all products within 5-7 business days. However, for individual item processing times (the time we need to prepare an order for shipping) please see individual listings.

Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.

Made to Order vs. Pre-Made

Check a listing carefully to understand if a product is pre-made and ready to ship or if the product is ordered before it’s handmade.

Both are handmade but the pre-made is shipment ready while the made-to-order products take longer for us to create.

Custom orders

We always love creating new products from scratch.

HANDMADE DISCLAIMER

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order.

SHIPPING

We normally ship all orders for ready to ship products within 5-7 business days after payment has been finalized. Custom made to order products are shipped as soon as they are completed.

Domestic shipping

We ship either First Class via USPS for orders under 16 ounces or Priority USPS for orders over 16 ounces.  Shipping addresses within the U.S. should receive their order within 3-10 business days after it is mailed (But due to COVID-19, mail delivery may be delayed.) If you want it faster, send us a message and we will try to work with you. Immediately upon shipping you will receive an email letting you know your purchase has been shipped. You will be able to track your order so you will know exactly when it will arrive at your door. We do combine shipping on orders of multiple items to a single address and will refund overages on shipping costs.

International shipping

We happily support and love our international customers.   We ship all International products through USPS Priority International.

Due to COVID-19, international shipments may take longer to arrive. This is beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Hummingbird Herb and Soap Co and Hummingbird Soap Co is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping.   These charges come from your country during importation of your package.

Shipping cost calculations

We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.

* Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.

* We offer free domestic shipping for orders over $40.

* We offer free international shipping on all orders over $150.

Shipping Timeline

Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need 7-10 days to be handmade prior to shipping.

RETURNS

We gladly accept cancellations and returns.

Request a cancellation: before item has shipped

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • All salts, teas, steams, soap, lotion, salve, shampoo, incense and herbal kits

  •  

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards

Conditions of return

-Returns must be made in the original shipping container, with its bubble wrap and packing material, so that the items will arrive undamaged.

-Return Shipping Fees are to be paid for by the buyer.

-If returned item is not in its original condition when we receive it, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

-We may request photographs of damaged products and damaged packaging to process a claim with the shipper and for insurance purposes.

-To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.

*There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Your refund will be for the amount of the item, minus the shipping fees that you paid at the time of purchase.

REFUSED, RETURNED PACKAGES

-Returned packages due to insufficient address will be given the opportunity to pay for the item to be shipped again. If you do not reply or pay within 7 days, you will receive a refund as stated above in our return policy. -Items marked Return to Sender or refusal to pay customs fees are considered to be forced returns and will not be refunded.

ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING

-If for any reason your order arrives broken please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will come to a solution.

LOST PACKAGES

If your package is lost in the mail:

*First ask neighbors and other household members if they may have received the package

*Contact your post office with the tracking number you received when you placed your order.

*If neither of the above suggestions locates your package, contact us and we will also help to locate the package.

Lost packages due to insufficient address or forwarding address are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Hummingbird Herb and Soap Co makes every attempt to verify an address prior to shipping but we are not responsible for losses if your address is incorrectly entered into your order form.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@hummingbirdherbandsoap.com and you will be instructed as to the next step.

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
