Returns and Exchanges:
Items can be returned up to 21 days after purchase. Damaged Items will not be accepted. Buyer pays for return shipping. Exceptions: On sale and intimate Items are exempt from returns.
Cancellations: accepted. Request a cancellation within 3 hours of purchase
