Lovely very high quality black Microfiber Velvet is very soft with a plush nap. Decorated with elegant vintage ribbon bow. Three different ribbons make up the bow. Taffeta and grosgrain all Made In France and have wonderful textures.My photos don't do them justice!
Lining is a lovely silvery blue satin fabric. Interfacing in hat is cotton. Beret is warm but "breaths".
