Using it on the bottoms of the feet or your abdominal area can really help you catch those Zzzz's so you can be your fully rested self the next day!! Magnesium is used for almost every action in the body. One of the most important functions is that it acts as a catalyst in shuttling toxins out of the body! This is definitely a mineral that you want to keep your levels up especially for daily detoxification. Magnesium is absorbed very well through the skin and can add to your oral magnesium supplementation. For those with certain gut health issues, oral magnesium may not be able to be absorbed through digestion, topical use is a great way to get your dose! When using topically, avoid those sensitive areas like eyes, nose, mouth and broken skin. Magnesium Spray does offer a tingling sensation when applied to the skin, this is due to the blood vessels under the skin being opened and allowing more blood flow. This sensation usually subsides after continued use. However, if these tingles prove to be too uncomfortable, the sprayed area can be wiped with a damp cloth at least 30 seconds after application.

How it’s Made
Topical magnesium spray is handmade in small batches. I use steam distilled water and Magnesium flakes from the Zechstein seabed. Each one is bottled carefully and thoughtfully especially for you.
