How it’s Made
I take various hardwoods and glue them up into interesting designs, and then drill out for the bottle opener recess. I also take an extra step and use a router to clean up the hole to remove the dimple that is left from the drill bit that many just leave. I then cut various shapes out using my scrollsaw and then sand smooth using a belt sander, orbital sander, and hand sanding. I finish these bottle openers off with a butcherblock finish. These bottle openers have very powerful neodymium magnets.
