I will gladly refund the cost of your item if damaged during shipping, or replace the product, if possible, at my discretion. I must authorize all returns. You will be responsible for shipping charges to return the item back to me in the event of an item that is damaged and needs to be replaced, if possible due to the nature of my one of a kind items.
