Maracuja+Baobab
Your skin needs oil to stay healthy, but people with dry skin don't produce enough of it. What are you supposed to do? Replace it with the oils from the Tree of Life and Passionflowers (or maracuja)! Plant oils have the same components found in human sebum: sterols, squalene, ceramides, lipids, and fatty acid with essential fatty acids.

This duo of oils has an age-defying effect and skin-clearing. Together, Maracuja and Baobab create one of the strongest natural anti-aging products. It has a combination of vitamins, fatty acids, and bionutrients that increase collagen and elastin production. It also reduces inflammation, evens skin tone, and boosts cellular turnover to present glowing, fresh skin. The Special Sauce
All the oils have sterols, squalene, ceramides, lipids, and fatty acid wax esters like human sebum. But different oils have their own special sauce.
Lycopene (Maracuja)
Is a carotenoid found in many foods. It is also found in sebum. There are two things that lycopene does: it increases collagen production and reduces inflammation, both of which will improve your skin's appearance by reducing fine lines, wrinkles and breakouts as well as swelling.
Bionutrients (Baobab): Isn't one or two special things, it's all! So many fatty acids and essential fatty acids. So many vitamins. So many minerals. If your skin needs it, Baobab has it.
How to Use
Simple and quick
Use day and night
- By themselves: They come in two separate bottles. Use one then the other. Give one away. There are many options.
- Together: They add different things to your skincare routine. Using both can improve the appearance of your skin in different ways simultaneously. Two squirts of one mixed with one squirt of the other. One squirt of each. There are many options.
- Store: Store upright in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight. Refrigeration can extend shelf life.
Some Extra Suggestions
- Mix with makeup foundation to add luminosity, moisturization, and easier application.
- Apply to hair to tame flyaways, shine, and moisturization.
- Apply to dry scalp and brush or comb through.
- Add to body oil or shower oil to increase nutrition and moisture levels.
- Add to lotions and creams to increase nutrition and moisture levels.
Warnings
True Hidration uses ingredients that you might be allergic to. The plant oils and butters come from nuts, seeds, trees, coconuts, and other natural items.

Refund & Returns
Upon receipt of your order, if you are not completely satisfied please contact True Hidration within 21 days of delivery for a refund or a potential exchange.
True Hidration cannot accept physical returns for sanitary reasons unless the item is contaminated, then it must be physically returned. You can receive a return of your purchase price. However, shipping and taxes are Non-Refundable and there is a 20% restocking fee.
- For items received damaged, customers can receive a refund or an exchange.
- For items lost during shipping, customers can receive a refund or a new one sent out for free.
- For contaminated items, customers can receive a refund or an exchange once the items are returned. (Free Return and potential Full Refund)
Shipping Policy
True Hidration will do things in batches that drop throughout the year. So some planning is needed when purchasing. But hear me out! There are reasons for this.
The Big One
I don't like to ship in the summer. It's too hot and getting hotter by the year. My products are temperature sensitive. Many of the phytonutrients in plant oils get destroyed by high, maintained heat. In transportation, products are exposed to very high and low temperatures. This can just wreak havoc on the product. A lot of the oils that are good specifically for dry skin are very sensitive to heat. What you the customer would be left with is, something better than grease, but not what you paid for.
In the Spring and Fall, it is still too hot but I rely on gel packs and insulation to ship. To protect the oils, True Hidration uses airless pumps and dark bottles to protect the nutrients of the oil and extend shelf life. Light and oxygen speed up rancidity.
Rancidity can change the color, scent, and texture of an oil. On the skin, you may develop a reaction such as a rash or breakouts. (You might be allergic or not need oil if this happens on the first try.)
Why do all of that to ruin it with heat
Cheaper
If True Hidration shipped in the summer, with the packaging required, the pricing would be astronomical. Those costs would have to be passed on. The less packaging and special shipping and packaging, the cheaper it is to ship. Those savings will also be passed on.
Fresh
Products that sit aren't as fresh as those newly processed. Normally, large-scale production is designed to be used two years after production. The sooner the customer can purchase it the better, but some of us are buying products made two or three years before they get on the shelf, never mind, your shopping cart.
No Synthetic Preservatives
Natural ingredients have a shorter lifespan than synthetic ingredients. Making large-scale products requires the use of a toxic, synthetic preservative system to keep them safe for a long shelf life that can extend two or more years.
Natural Preservatives
The flip side of no synthetic preservation is natural preservatives. Some of True Hidration's products will have natural preservatives, but they do not last as long as their synthetic brethren. So they have to be consumed quicker and can't be allowed to linger.
For all the above-mentioned reasons. True Hidration drops batches and doesn't want to ship in the summer. This allows for fresh products that have nutritive value. It's cheaper because it involves less refrigeration from storage to shipping. Less refrigeration is also more eco-friendly and lowers True Hidration's footprint. When True Hidration re-lauches products with preservatives it allows the use of natural preservatives instead synthetic.
