Often touted as the antidote to War Water, Marie Laveaux's Peace Water contains waters from 5 sources considered sacred and that are believed to be natural sources of ancestral power such as Bayou St. John in New Orleans where Marie Laveaux performed her annual Voudou ceremonies every year and where they are still performed to day by modern practitioners. All of the waters are combined and put through a special filtering process to remove any bacteria and impurities, then prayed over, and blessed according to New Orleans Voudou tradition. When sprayed or sprinkled around all the corners of the home, Marie Laveaux Peace Water will act as a spiritual filter that allows only positive people, spirits, and energy to enter, while at the same time preventing evil and negativity to penetrate the boundaries of your home. Our Spiritual Waters are extremely versatile. They can be used as an aromatic face and body spritz, placed on the altar as offerings, used to cleanse and purify your home, added to your creams and lotions instead of water, or alternatively employed to feed your mojo and gris gris. They are an excellent linen spray and a simple way for the novice aromatherapist to enjoy the therapeutic benefits of essential oils. They can be added to a soothing hot bath. SuperNaturally You's Spiritual Waters are made with pure distilled water and essential oils and aromatics.

Marie Laveaux Peace Water comes in 2 sizes which are 2 and 4 ounce bottles. Not for internal use as it contains ocean water.

Shipping

All items will ship via the US Postal Service. We will be happy to ship items with insurance for the additional cost of coverage. We do not take responsibility for orders lost in the mail and will not issue refunds for lost packages. For this reason we ship all items with tracking numbers provided through the Postal Service, this method will not only insure that your package left our facility, it protects us as business owners as well. It would be wise to insure certain items from our shop for the safety and protection of your purchase. We go out of our way to also ensure that your package is wrapped securely to prevent any damage
Since my husband worked for the Postal Service I can say that I know that they can be a bit harsh on our packages in an effort to meet shipping deadlines, this is why we encourage the use of postal insurance to protect your delicate items. We are strict to enforce this as we will not replace damaged items that are done so through the shipping process, we will go out of our way to safely protect the items, however once they leave our care it’s up to the Postal Service.

We accept order first come first serve, we will be happy to rush orders at the customer’s expense, keep in mind however that there are additional postal fees associated with this service. If you would like a rush placed on your order please let us know in advance of placing your order and we will let you know what your total will be. Please allow 7 to 10 days for custom made items. These take time to make as we use a very sacred ritual process to bless and properly prepare our products, although we have a store front as well we rarely over batch our ritual oils, incense, lotions and soaps and hoodoo products in which are handmade.
Refunds and Exchanges

We have taken great care to describe our products as thoroughly as possible, please ask questions if you need further information. We will happily refund items that have never been delivered, this can happen as I have had to deal with this situation but this is only after extensive research through the tracking number provided and the postal service.
Please make sure that your shipping information is correct, if your address was reported incorrectly we are not responsible.

If we accept a returned package PLEASE note that you will be charged a 10% restock fee and cost of shipping to your address.

Let us always work to resolve a situation, If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and give us the opportunity to correct any issue. We are very opened to resolutions so please again give us a chance to address warranted issues. Please refrain from leaving negative comments without giving a chance to correct any issue.
Understand that if you order something customed, we will not grant refunds on custom items or work any spiritual or magical work! Please fully understand that magic is not immediate, and sometimes does not work when one feels it should. We work closely with Orishas, Saints and Spiritual Guides that work in their own method and timing. This means that later on you may get what you wanted, but only when they feel your need it or are ready for it!
When a product is ordered we assume that the customer fully knows and understands how to use the products you are purchasing, as I do not tell anyone how to practice magic, hoodoo, voodoo etc...

We are a Botanica/Spiritual Shop and our items are sold as curios only, we have no control on the customer’s intention in using our products.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Custom orders will usually ship within 1 to 2 weeks. I will not list more than one custom order item at a time. This way my customer will know that his or her items have my full attention and will be shipped on or before the deadline!
