About Jamie
Bear Wood is the culmination of my experience traveling across the nation and working with fellow woodworkers. Born in upstate New York, I have traveled end-to-end across the U.S. honing my skills and developing my trade. I've worked with local artisans from Alaska to Florida and my work represents influences from a multitude of mentors.
I earned a graphic design degree from Liberty University and I'm a perfectionist when it comes to my art and design. When you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life, and I truly love what I do.

Shop Policies
Welcome to Bear Wood, where we make custom handmade items to order. Each design may have slight variations as they are custom made and each piece of wood is unique.
Payment
Bear Wood accepts payments through the goimagine.com site and PayPal.com. Please reach out directly with any specific payment questions. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
Lead Time
Each piece is made upon order so, depending on the size of the project, it could take a few weeks to process your order. Most orders can ship within 48 hours, but large, custom items will likely take longer. We can discuss before your purchase if that helps with your decision. I begin work immediately on orders, so if you have a change to make, please reach out as soon as possible, but I cannot guarantee that changes can be made and I will do my best to accommodate.
Shipping
Shipping is offered through USPS and delivery times vary based on location. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Pick up is free is the San Antonio, Texas area.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please notify me within two weeks if there is an issue with shipping or damage to an item so I can work with USPS to resolve the matter. I have a money back guarantee on items that have not been customized, as long as the buyer pays return shipping and the item is returned in the original condition.
