*You will need a mat to make this print look its best (otherwise you'll see the white edges). A standard mat, one size up, will do the job nicely.
Quality Materials: Printed on matte white archival paper with Epson archival ink, this print will last a lifetime without fading or yellowing. Giclee prints are the best quality print available and the closest you can get to the original painting.

Each print has a digital signature (printed from original) on the front and is hand-signed on the back.

Meet the Maker
I am a watercolor and ink artist living in Satellite Beach, Florida. A native Floridian, my art is influenced by the small-town charm of Bartow where I grew up and the coastal charm of Florida’s beaches – I have lived on both coasts.
My love of watercolor did not come easily. In fact, when I first started painting in 2012, I hated watercolor. But I wanted my drawings to have color, so I kept trying.
My art education includes one introductory class in watercolor, many hours of learning at YouTube University (as I like to call it), and lots of practice.
I mainly paint buildings, beaches, plants and trees. I love the whimsical feel of watercolor with ink details and outlines, but I dabble in painting in straight watercolor, and sometimes even acrylic.
When not painting, I enjoy jigsaw puzzles, exploring backroads, and spending time with my husband and son.
I want my paintings to make others happy. I want them to brighten a room, a mood, or someone's day. I hope they do that for you.
How it’s Made
Hand drawn and hand painted using archival materials. The original artwork was digitalized by scanning it in high resolution and then printed on a professional printer on archival paper using archival ink.

All items will be shipped via USPS within 1-3 business days. If there is any issue to delay shipping, you will be notified. I will ship USPS Ground Advantage. You can upgrade to Priority if you like.
Returns:
I want you to be happy. That is my #1 goal. If you have a problem with your order, please message me. I will work with you to correct the situation in the fairest possible way. In general, my return policy is as follows:
Returns are accepted on all items, unless they have been personalized. Buyer pays return shipping in situations where you've had a change of mind. Seller will pay return shipping if the item is not as described, or an error has been made on the Seller's part.
Items must be returned in the condition in which they were mailed to receive a refund.
