My memory bears are made with a lot of love and compassion. I take great pride in each and every little detail, knowing these will become family heirlooms and keepsakes for generations to come. You will have your choice of fur like fabric in a variety of colors or the option of sending your loved ones clothing to have your bear crafted from. The items sent will always be treated with the upmost respect while in my care. I know all to well the pain of the loss of a loved one. I learned to sew these bears after the loss of my own son 6 yrs ago when he collapsed of heart failure at only 32 yrs old. I wanted to make memory bears for his siblings, and my grandchildren to help comfort them after his loss. Your loved ones items will be disassembled carefully, with each button, zipper, tag, collar and pockets saved and as many as can be will be added to the bear as decoration. Small scraps will be placed inside the bear, close to his heart. Larger pieces will be sent back to you with your bear when he is finished. A picture of your loved one can be added and dates with name embroidered on the feet.

How it’s Made
Your bear will be made from your choice of a soft, fuzzy material that you choose from available colors or made from your loved ones clothing that you choose. After purchase, you will be able to discuss with me how you wish your bear to look. You can text or email me your picture of choice and any names, dates that you would like to be embroidered on your bear. If you do not wish it to be placed directly on your bear, the picture can be placed on a velcro fastened removeable t-shirt. Often this is parents choice for a kids bear, to protect the picture.
