{ORDER PROCESS} ... as easy as 1...2...3!
1. PURCHASE and pay for the quantity of your choice (min. of 20 please, or convo me!). All fonts, wording and even paper colors are customizable! Don’t see the design you’re looking for? Convo me - we love and specialize in custom design.
2. CUSTOMIZATION – Send all customization information to me in a single email. Your name list MUST BE IN AN EXCEL SPREADSHEET. I would prefer the entire name in one column and the title (if any) in a second column. If anything will delay your order (paper not in stock, file incorrect, etc.) I will convo you immediately.
3. You will receive your proof of artwork (if you are changing from the style above) via email within 1-3 business days. Once art is approved, names will be added and cards printed within 10 working days, most of the time much faster than that. RUSH orders may be available for an additional fee.

Meet the Maker
Owner, Kim Stealey, graduated with a degree in communications and government from Angelo State University in 1991. Her printing career began by owning a commercial printing company, and in 2007 she opened Papel to specialize in wedding and event invitations.
In 2019 Kim was joined by Kate Williams, and together they are the amazing #papelsquad. Both of these ladies love what they do and will ensure you have an excellent customer experience!

No returns or exchanges are accepted due to custom nature of our products.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Papel is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
Shipping Carrier Issues
While we do our best to ensure your items arrive in the estimated timeframe, Papel has no control over products once they are handed off to the shipping carrier. Issues involving shipping delays or loss of packages by shipping carriers are not the responsibility of Papel. Should issues arise, we will do our very best to craft a fair and equitable solution for our clients.
