•••RAINBOW AND SILVER MEOW RING•••
I really like these rings, and have gotten nothing but good feedback on them. The are really striking, the band is super comfortable, and it stamps really well. I am happy to customize this however you would like - I have done it several different ways, but this is my favorite : ) (Send me a message with your idea - we will have some fun!) I could stamp these all day - they are so much fun : ) My only caution with dreaming things up is not to go too crazy with the number of bigger stamp designs/letters - each one stretches the metal a tiny bit. Not a big deal unless we are going all around, or really packing it in there ;) Then it can stretch the ring about a half size.

This colorful ring is made from stainless steel - which is hypoallergenic and easy to wear. The flashes of color are really stunning - I get compliments on mine all the time, and it makes me smile just to see them : )

- At this time I am NOT stamping the inside of rings. Your local jeweler can usually engrave for a small fee : )
- Because I am allergic to many metals, I'm pretty careful about selecting hypoallergenic materials. I especially avoid nickel. That said, every body reacts differently to every thing, and while I've had no problems, I can't make a sweeping guarantee (nor can anyone else metalcrafting!) I'm also careful to buy lead and heavy metal free components! I am eco-conscious, and do my best to source and craft in a responsible way!
- Personalization can be left in the "personalization box" and "notes to seller" area before you checkout. Or contact me before placing your order - even better!
- Photos are CLOSEUPS to show detail. I usually include some pictures with common items in them to help show scale! Feel free to ask for more.
STAMPED JEWELRY INFORMATION & CARE
Each piece I make is unique - even my "stock" designs - just one facet of the beauty of handmade! I work happy - my pieces are infused with good vibes and joy.
* Please ask any questions you may have before ordering.
* Jewelry is relatively fragile and has small pieces, so I do not recommend they be worn by young children.
* Always remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, applying lotion, or sleeping to protect finishes.
* I include cleaning/polishing/touchup instructions with each piece. Do not use jewelry cleaners or ultrasonics - they will remove the darkening or color in your designs.
* I ship daily throughout the week! Custom orders may take a few days to get finished and shipped - if you are in a rush (last minute gifts - my fav), just send me a message and I will do my best to rush it out quickly for you!
PLEASE NOTE: I stamp everything by hand. All the letters may or may not line up perfectly, and there can be some variations in depth. My handiwork is well represented in my photos! : ) These traits make each piece unique, and are not defects - it adds to the charm of a unique, handcrafted piece.

• Here's the good news: I do accept returns - even for custom pieces - if there is a mistake on my part or a defect in workmanship. I'll be more than happy to assist you with a return. However, please keep in mind that damage caused by mishandling from the shipper or customer isn't considered a defect. Are Shipping Times Guaranteed?
Unfortunately, shipping times are beyond my control. It's important to consider the estimated shipping times provided by the carrier (most often – the post office). USPS does not guarantee specific delivery dates except for 1 and 2 day packages, and while I strive to ship orders promptly, I cannot control the exact arrival date of a package. Once the post office marks a package as delivered, I have limited control over the information available to me. If you encounter any issues with a delivery, I recommend reaching out to your local post office as they will have the most up-to-date information.
Can I Get A Return Shipping Label?
I understand the importance of a smooth return process. For return postage, please note that the customer is responsible for covering the cost. At this time, I do not provide return shipping labels unless the item was initially defective. To ensure a satisfactory purchase experience, I kindly recommend reviewing the item description carefully before making a purchase, specifically regarding sizes and quantities. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.
How Much Will I Be Refunded?
I refund the item cost + tax. For items that were shipped with free shipping, any returns or exchanges will be subject to a deduction of the actual post office cost of shipping from the refunded amount, except for items that were received damaged. In order to verify the damage and potentially file a claim with the post office, I kindly require that you provide photos of both the damaged item and the packaging ASAP. This will assist in ensuring a fair resolution. If the packaging was damaged during transit, a picture prior to opening can make things move much quicker. If you have any further questions or need assistance with the return process, please don't hesitate to let me know.
I Didn't Get My Package, Can I Get A Refund?
If you haven't received your package but the post office has marked it as delivered, it is recommended that you reach out to the post office to inquire about the delivery location. They have access to GPS data from their scanners, which allows them to determine the exact address where the package was delivered. If an error occurred, they should be able to assist you in locating or retrieving the package. However, if the package was indeed delivered to your address according to their records, the post office may not be able to provide further assistance.
In cases where a package was delivered to your address but you are unable to locate it, I am unable to offer a refund. That is between you and the carrier. It is advisable to file a stolen mail report with both the post office/carrier and your local police. This will help authorities track incidents of mail theft and identify any potential patterns. Please inform me if you find yourself in this situation so that I am aware of the circumstances.
If the package was not delivered according to the tracking information or there is no record of it being received, please contact me, and I will work with you to find a suitable resolution.
