About this Product
Micellar water is an amazingly effective yet very mild facial cleanser and make-up remover. It offers a way to gently cleanse your skin with no scrubbing and no running water needed (great for travel!). My formulation is a lovely combination of water, lavender hydrosol and a very mild surfactant. It leaves no residue on your face, and no stickiness. It is not irritating to the skin or eyes. It is pH appropriate for skin use. It contains no alcohol, so is non drying. It works on all skin types. This micellar water EASILY removes make-up, even stubborn mascara. As with all my products it is in a glass bottle for a "nearly zero waste" option. (Plastic top of course). Purchase a generous 8 oz bottle with a cap or a pump. Using the pump allows for minimal contamination of the product as well as non wasteful dispensing. You'll love the mild lavender scent as you use it.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Micellar water is a no-rinse cleanser that uses micelles (clusters of surfactant molecules), which act like a magnet to gently lift dirt and makeup off skin. Apply it to a dry soft cloth and rub gently over your face, then dry. You can use it alone or, if you want to incorporate it into your double cleanse method, as the first cleanse before following it with our lovely citrus scented face wash with salicyclic acid.

I am Dr. Soaper. I have been working as an OB GYN since 1985 which I absolutely love. My distraction from work has always been crafting, and since 2009 it's been soaping. I love the creativity and I adore the final product and how it makes my skin feel. I am certified as an advanced soaper by the Handcrafted Soap and Cosmetic Guild and I'm also a formulator of hair, skin, and face products. Everything I sell is made with plant based ingredients, in small batches. My products are only brought to the public after significant efforts to develop formulations that are consistently reliable and effective. And finally all of my products are developed with a ZERO WASTE lifestyle in mind. If I can't package it in glass, aluminum or paper/cardboard, I won't make it. I hope you try one of my products.
