About this Product
F# mid range (4th octave) tuned to the minor pentatonic scale, the same scale as Native American Style flutes. The flute features a Fractal Burned design. The dark color is the result of the tannin/electrolyte solution used in the fractal burning process. The finger holes are set up for a right handed player. It is sealed with shellac inside and sealed outside with satin lacquer. Comes with it's own hand made fleece carrying bag.

How it’s Made
This flute was made by making a mouthpiece and hollowing 2 pieces of Eastern Red Cedar to get the fundamental note of F# 4. The inside was sealed with shellac. The Fractal Burned design was added. The dark color is the result of the tannin/electrolyte solution used in the fractal burning process. The finger holes were then added, one at a time and tuned to get the rest of the notes on the minor pentatonic scale. Tuning is checked and rechecked because each hole affects the tuning of the others. The flute sealed with satin lacquer. Comes with it's own hand made fleece carrying bag.
