.Hi, I’m Ashley , the founder of Earth & Hive Co., and I’m so happy you’ve found us.
My soap-making journey began out of necessity — and love. When my son began experiencing skin issues, we couldn’t figure out what was causing the irritation. After trying countless store-bought soaps and lotions, I became frustrated with the chemicals and artificial ingredients in most products. I wanted to find something healthier for my family, something that wouldn’t harm his delicate skin. That’s when I decided to take matters into my own hands and start making soap from scratch.
I started small, experimenting in my kitchen with natural oils, and what began as an effort to help my son soon blossomed into a passion. As I learned more about the ingredients I was using and the process of crafting soap by hand, I fell in love with the art and the sense of purpose it gave me. Soap-making quickly became more than just a solution for my family’s skin care — it became a creative outlet, a way to bring something pure and nourishing into our lives.

Each soap bar is carefully handcrafted in small batches, using sustainably sourced ingredients that you can read, and know what you are putting on your skin.
