How it’s Made
This bag is hand-sewn using patchwork pieces of various Mina Perhonen fabrics. The initial design and arrangement of the patches are particularly important, as each fabric features different patterns and varying textures. After the patchwork design is finalized, the bag is assembled by hand. Both the inner and outer layers of fabric are ironed with an additional interlining, making the material sturdier, giving it a soft and comfortable feel, and enhancing its durability.
