Perfect hearty traditional bean and noodle soup for any occasion! This recipe is long on flavor creating hearty and vegetable-rich soup. Add beef or sausage and fresh or canned vegetables to create a minestrone your family will gobble 'til it's gone. The recipe is included and can be made with or without meat proteins. Contains: kidney beans, split peas, pasta, dried onion and herbs. With my soup mixes, you just follow the included recipe and add a few fresh ingredients for a delicious soup! Serves 2 to 4.
Each Soup Mix is packaged in a cellophane pouch and can be stored in any cool and dry location. A colorful label includes recipes, tips and instructions.
Soup Mixes made by Backyard Patch Herbs are a blend of dried natural ingredients (beans, pasta, etc.) and seasonings formulated to create a hearty soup that serves 4 to 6 people. Recipes and variations are included with each blend.
Like all blends from Backyard Patch Herbs we guarantee an 18 to 24-month shelf-life because we use only the freshest herbs. All Backyard Patch herbs are raised organically and are chemical and pesticide-free.

I created the recipe, tested it and use my homegrown herbs to flavor the dry ingredients that I source locally.
