Whimsical mini top hat to celebrate this 4th of July in style!
Made out of heavy card stock, fabric and trim. The mini hat measures approx 3 1/2" tall by 4 1/2" wide. Mounted on a plastic headband. Please keep in mind that the fabric colors may differ due lighting when taking the pictures and monitor settings when viewing the listing.
