Whimsical mini top hat to wear at the beach and celebrate the 4th of July in style.
Made of heavy card stock, fabric, trim. Adorned with metal charms, feathers, handmade hat pin and real seashells.
The mini hat measures approx 3 1/2" tall by 4 1/2" wide. Mounted on an elastic headband that accommodates most adults. Please keep in mind that the fabric colors may differ due lighting when taking the pictures and monitor settings when viewing the listing.
