Elegant mini top hat, perfect for Mother's Day, Easter, Kentucky Derby; any event or just to be fancy!
Made out of heavy card stock, fabric and trims. The mini hat measures approx 3 1/2" tall by 4 1/2" wide. Mounted on a plastic headband. Please keep in mind that the fabric colors may differ due lighting when taking the pictures and monitor settings when viewing the listing.
