Meet the Maker
We are Michael and Shannon, a team of artisans who enjoy making functional pieces by hand. Michael enjoys working with the wood items while Shannon prefers to create with fabrics. Typical phrases in our home are "I'll be in the shop" and "I'll be sewing".
How it’s Made
Using minky fabric that I cut from yardage, I fold it in half lengthwise (hotdog style) and sew down the main seam. Then you flip it outside and turn one edge and then grab both to pull it back in on itself and sew the short end, flip the whole thing through a 3 inch space that you leave in the short seam and then sew it closed.
