About this Product
Sweet baby Molly just loves to be hugged and she can often be found roaming the meadows in search of flowers to adorn her head! She is made from plush acrylic yarn and stuffed with Poly-fil acrylic filling. Her spots are made seperately and securely stitched onto her body. Her eyes are domed shank buttons and are stitched to one another inside her head and reinforced with strong glue on the outside. The bell around her neck can be easily removed to keep out of reach of little ones who love to taste everything. She is approx. 11and a half inches tall and about 7 inches wide at the base. The flowers on her head are stitched as well as glued. She is a 'one-of-a-kind' creation that I kind of designed without a pattern. I'm not sure that I could exactly re-create her. but I could probably come close.

Meet the Maker
As a grandmother I take great delight in seeing the smiles of my grandchildren when they receive a new stuffed toy from me! Whether it’s a cuddly animal or a soft stuffed vehicle, I always try to make what they request. And I will do the same for you! I have been crocheting for 50+ years and still love to make cute toys most of all. However, I have also made baby blankets, beanies, scarves and other items. If you have a special request, please ask.
How it’s Made
I seldom just do a project out of my head, but this is one of the few. I knew I wanted a cow and I wanted her to be sitting upright. I also wanted flowers on her head as I had seen pictures of highland cows with flowers. I made her body first and then through trial and error came up with head and limb sizes that looked appropriate. Though working from patterns gives a more precise result, I really enjoyed making this one. And I'm quite satisfied with the result!
