Hello and welcome to Rooted Rustic Creations. My name is Melissa, I am a farm girl that gets to craft full-time while still being able to be home with my family, 5 dogs and many farm animals.
I am so happy to be able to create custom items for you. I started my crafting journey working with wood and have since expanded to include shirts/sweatshirts. Do you have an idea of something you would like created and don't see it offered in my shop just message me and we can discuss bringing that idea to life.
Shop Policies
Processing Time :
All items are made to order and can take up to 7-10 business days to complete. Shirts/Sweatshirts will take 10-14 business days to complete. During the holidays there might be a longer processing time depending on the item.
Shipping:
Shipping will be USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail or UPS.
Customer is responsible for providing the correct address. Items returned due to a incorrect address will need to be resent at the buyers cost.
Once the item is shown as delivered no refunds or replacements will issued. Please make sure you have a secure location for deliveries.
Cancellations:
Cancellations will be accepted within 24hrs of placing your order.
Cancellation on personalized/custom orders will not be accepted if production has started on the item.
Return Policy :
If the customer receives the product and is unhappy for any reason please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. Buyer will need to state what the issue is and provide pictures.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Product need to be returned within 7 days.
Original shipping paid will not be included in refund.
Refund will be issued once the product is received back in the condition it was sent.
