About this Product

This was made by me. It is constructed of new and "upcycled" materials. The necklace has faux succulents on a background of real dried moss. I have also accented the piece with real raw quartz that has a "ab" (aurora borealis) sheen on the crystals. It also has a metal blue/purple butterfly as an additional detail.

The chain is from a re-purposed necklace, so there are some very minor surface marks on it. Overall it is still very beautiful. It is a matte gold tone finish.

All stitching on this piece was hand done by me (NOT by a machine) so there is a bit of "crude" sewing style seen on the back (see photos). There is additional stitching where the chain emerges from the back for added support so the chain does not pull at the stitches.

The length is roughly 16.5 to 17 inches fully extended. It can adjust down to about 14".

This piece be used for display or photos, cosplay costumes, etc. Prolonged wear should be OK (as in walking around wearing it at an event), but I wouldn't wear this for more rough/active activities :)

**DO NOT GET WET** some of the moss has been dyed, and getting this piece wet *may* cause that dye to run.

Please message me with any questions :) Thanks again for taking a look!

**RETURN POLICY**
I do NOT accept returns unless an item arrived damaged. Photographs must be provided to prove item was damaged in shipping. This includes photos of the item itself as well as the package the item was shipped in.

Meet the Maker

Laura, etc.

I am a full time mom, part time artist. When I am not spending time with my family, you can usually find me crocheting or painting (usually acrylic but sometimes watercolor). You might also find me making jewelry, wood burning, sculpting with polymer clay, playing with resin, or tending to one of our gardens (we have one outside as well as indoors!).

How it’s Made

I upcycled an old necklace and fabric remnants to make the base of this piece. I then hand embellished items by sewing them on. Some are glued too but have also been sewn for durability.
