If you receive something and you don't like it, unless it is personalized, just send it back to me in the original condition, and i will refund your money. You will be responsible for postage in this case. But again, message me and we can chat about it. If you order something personalized, and you are not happy, contact me and we can chat about it. I usually make personalized sales final, but let me know the issue and maybe i can resolve it. If something is broken when it arrives, contact me.
