About Our Candles
All candles are made with 100% soy wax and phthalate-free fragrance oils. You may notice a slight amount of frosting over time, but this in no way affects the burn time or scent of your candle - it's simply the nature of all-natural soy wax.

Meet the Maker
How it’s Made
All candles and wax melts are blended and hand-poured by me. I use 100% soy wax and phthalate-free fragrance oils as well as natural, cotton-core wicks. I tend to stay away from dyes, however, there are certain specialty candles and wax melts that may have a small amount of dye or mica powder. I don't use any additives, so you may experience some frosting or aesthetic imperfections in the wax itself over time. This is the general nature of natural soy wax, and I could use additives to avoid this, but I like to create products that burn as cleanly as possible.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Lost/Delayed Packages
It happens. Sometimes I wish I had a teleportation device so I could hand deliver all your orders safely and securely, but alas, those devices only exist in my dreams, so I have to depend on the U.S. Postal Service. Sometimes orders get delayed, especially when shipping overseas or to a military base. They get stuck in customs and can remain there for up to 45 days (or more). I do everything I can to push the post office to get your package moving, but mostly, it's out of my hands until the time frame is up. At that time, I can officially claim a package as lost and send you replacements or a refund :). I want you all to be happy with your purchase, but there are some things I just can't control, so if this happens to you (luckily, it's not a super common occurrence), just have a little patience while I work with the always lovely USPS system. I promise I will make it right, one way or another!
