The cardstock banner is printed on premium quality matte finish paper and adhered onto a black cardstock. The "o" is embellished with a cowgirl hat with your child's name! The "e" is embellished with a cowgirl boot.
The cardstock banner measures 5 x 10 1/2 inches and hangs on a color coordinated twine.
The fabric garland is 24 inches of fabric and is tied to white rope. There is an additional 15 inches of rope on each side for hanging.
