USPS CLAIMS: In the unfortunate event of damage during shipment, keep the cookies, any damaged pieces, and ALL packaging materials. To initiate a claims process, contact USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777).
Please note that USPS will retain all packaging materials, including the broken items (cookies) and any parts, during their inspection. If your refund is approved, it will be processed directly by USPS. While we can't guarantee USPS refunds, we'll do our best to support you through the process.

Under normal circumstances, refunds are not typically issued due to the perishable nature of our treats. However, we do believe in making things right when needed.
