As the holidays approach we are seeing an increase in porch piracy. Each sign takes great effort and time to create, we encourage our customers to add the "With Signature" option to their order to make sure that their precious sign is not snagged by someone. That being said, if packages are stolen and you did not purchase the signature, we will file a claim with USPS and wait for them to determine the outcome. If they deny the claim, the sign will not be replaced. We hate to have to do this, however; tracking information is provided on each package that goes out, once it leaves our shop, it is out of our control. *If you are ordering more than one item, ONLY select "with Signature" for ONE of your items. The entire order will go out together with a signature required*
Due to the frequency of damaged and dislodged lettering during shipping, we are having to transition away from three-dimensional lettering for the National Park Service inside the arrowhead to engraved lettering. If you would like to have the letters, we can include them (loose) with the shipment for placement over the engrave. All signs ordered after 05 Jul 21 will incorporate the engraved lettering. We appreciate your understanding.
We are happy to replace letters that come off in shipping to be re-attached but we will NOT be replacing signs for letters that fall off. These signs are all made from hand and we do our best to perfect them and ship them securely so this does not happen, however, packages are often handled roughly and that is outside of our control.

Design requests that require significant rework or incorporate elements that are a radical departure from the pictured sign - especially those that are single-use - will require a design fee prior to production. We can do rush jobs (within reason) with a rush fee and/or expedited shipping costs.

Each layer is 5mm thick and quite durable (we've set a 30 pound weight on the end of a sign without breaking it), but the sign is not intended for outdoor use. Customers have had success with exterior grade polyurethane or similar 100% coverage for outdoor applications, but that is solely up to the end user.
