? Keep in mind – we leave lots of space/characters in the personalization section so you can add any additional notes to us you want us to know. There is still a limit to the number of characters available on each size – 17" signs and especially 10" signs will be limited to number of characters. We can do rush jobs (within reason) with a rush fee and/or expedited shipping costs (paid via venmo or cashapp).

Cancellation -
If you cancel before we have send a proof, we will refund 100% of the order. If you cancel once a proof has been sent, 25% is non-refundable. If the sign has gone to production and you cancel, 50% is non-refundable. We hate to do this but pulling an order from production is no small feat.
Please remember! These items are custom and hand made/painted, there may be minor flaws in the paint or even in the wood, which is often out of our control. We do try to make sure that there are no major problems with either of these before shipping out. (Stain colors and Engraving details may also vary slightly due to lighting, monitor settings, and variations in the wood – ie: wood taking stain differently or the wood engraving differently.)
