Shop Policies
RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS. (Please contact me immediately if you have any problems with your order.)
Return and Exchange Details: We accept returns but not exchanges. All our items are carefully checked and pass the quality control inspection before it is listed on goimagine, but if for any reason you want to return an item, please adhere to the following:
1. Contact us first through goimagine within 3 days of receiving the item. If damaged, you must send photos of the damage. NO PHOTO NO REFUND.
2. Can ship item/s back to us within 7 days of delivery and it MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING. ***Do not send back any item with no communication with me via goimagine.
3. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs with a Delivery Confirmation (Tracking numbers) which will be your proof that the item is on its way to us.
4. You will receive a refund credit to your account AFTER we receive the item. **Refunds can only be issued via Stripe.
5. NO return-NO exchange on Custom Orders and also for Earrings for health reasons.
IMPORTANT: We can not replace or refund any lost items that are marked "Delivered" by the USPS tracking system. However, if your package is shown as "Delivered" but you have not received it and you have checked with your family members and neighbors, please contact your local Post Office immediately and bring a copy of the receipt. They can see what GPS it was delivered to. USPS takes mail theft very seriously and they will investigate.
Cancellation & Refund:
If you cancel your order after the shipping label has been purchased, we will cancel your order but the shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping:

» PROCESSING TIME: Our items are usually ready to ship in 3-5 days. Made-to-orders take longer to make and might take 5-7 days to ship. But please check your messages for possible unexpected problems or issues that may arise in the process.
» We ship daily Monday through Saturday.
» Items will be shipped to the address furnished during checkout. Please make sure you double-check this information before checking out. If you are using Stripe, make sure your primary address is your correct address.
» You will receive a notification via email regarding the shipment.

JEWELRY CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
1.) Custom jewelry is NOT made of precious metals, therefore, special care is A MUST.
2.) Keep your jewelry dry. Take it off before getting your hands wet with water and other chemicals like alcohol, ammonia, bleach, chlorine, acetone, perfume, cosmetics, hairspray, or other harsh chemicals that are harmful to jewelry.
3.) Apply your perfume and hairspray first, and let it dry before putting the jewelry on. Chemicals can cause permanent damage, discolorations, and peeling if not avoided.
4.) Remove the jewelry before exercising or any activity that causes sweating. Sweat can also do some damage to the jewelry.
5.) Clean your jewelry with a soft cloth and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
6.) To protect your jewelry from tarnishing, store it in small plastic like Ziploc bags, ideally, using the ones with anti-tarnish coating and make sure you push all the air out before sealing it up.
