SHIPPING & ASSEMBLY: Gift boxes are shipped flat to avoid damage in transit and require easy assembly. If ordering labels, they will be placed for you.

EASY ASSEMBLY REQUIRED: Fold up the bottom, place the insert inside, fill with treats, attach the tie and faux pearl brad.

Can I order custom quantities?
Yes, as long as the pattern/print is available. Sometimes, patterns/prints are no longer available, which lends to the limited-edition nature of my listings. Contact me directly to discuss options and I will do my best to accommodate your gift giving needs.
Are the gift and favor boxes in your store made by a third party?
No. I personally handcraft each box using a dye cutting machine and associated design software. Not only do I enjoy the creative process, I value knowing that my products are made right here in Michigan!
Can I customize the design of my gift or favor box?
Yes, I offer customization options for our gift and favor boxes. If you would like customization that is different from what is offered in a specific listing, contact me directly to discuss details and I will do my best to accommodate your gift giving needs.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Processing times vary depending on the complexity and quantity of your order. Standard orders are usually shipped within 1-5 business days. Custom orders can take up to 5-7 business days to process, plus shipping time.
What is your return policy?
I strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Custom orders are non-refundable, but I will work with you to resolve any issues.
What is your cancellation policy?
I accept order cancellations that are within 3 hours of order. Please note that buyer is responsible for making requests within this timeframe.
