Labradorite (10mm), Black Tourmaline (8mm) and faceted Hematite (6mm)
This Rock My Zen combination was created with the intention to help with grounding, negative energy protection and to help ease into transitions. Black Tourmaline and Hematite is also often used for EMF protection.
Metaphysical aspects of each stone has been said to include some of the following properties:
Labradorite is calming and is said to help to quell insecurities and negative energy while heightening intuition. It has also been known to protect from energy vampires.
Black Tourmaline includes protection from negative energy by transmuting negative energy into positive. It has been said that it can help keep the wearer calm and grounded when needed.
Hematite has also said it can help grounding and protection by absorbing negative energy and is calming during stressful times. It has also been said to help to block geopathic stress and EMF (from computers, cell phones etc).
Because these are natural gemstones, there may be natural markings that will only make your bracelet more unique. This does not affect the energy and intent of your bracelet.
All Rock My Zen bracelets are energetically cleansed, infused with Reiki and set with intention before shipping.
Please do not wear our bracelets during water related activities or while playing sports as these activities can damage the elastic or get snagged easily and pop.
SIZING:
Please refer to info-graphics in photos for sizing guidelines. Please order for your exact wrist measurement. Wiggle room will be added on and included when your bracelet is made. If you are in between sizes, order up and let us know in the Notes when checking out your wrist measurement.

Meet the Maker
Hi! I'm Joyce. I started making jewelry in 2013 when I was working as a massage therapist in L.A. and realized not everyone wanted to carry crystals in their pockets like I did to protect myself energetically.
I started with beaded jewelry and specialize in the metaphysical to help with empath protection, stress and anxiety relief and negative energy protection. I have since expanded into wire wrapping which I have found is my favorite way of creating, All of my jewelry and accessories are made in my studio in the metro Atlanta, GA area.
Between March and Dec of every year, you can find me in and around Atlanta at festivals, farmers markets and artisan markets.
Shop Policies
If you're absolutely unhappy with your order, please let me know within 5 days of receipt of order. Refunds will be given upon receipt of the order in the original packaging (outer packaging not included) and must not have been worn. Returns must be shipped back within 2 weeks of of return approval. If your order arrives damaged, please let me know asap and include a photo. If you have any questions, please let me know!
