Hello! I'm originally from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. I have always enjoyed art in many forms and would love to create a piece specifically for you.

How it’s Made
Acrylic paint on 16 x 24 thick canvas. sides are painted for non frame option of hanging.
Sealed and protected. Rich and elegant nature indoors.
I made the background with many layers of acrylic paint. Before each layer dries, I dropped rubbing alcohol in droplets to form the varied ripple background layer. Starting with yellow, then brown, then purple and copper.
Next, I created texture by applying a crackling paint under the white to form texture and depth to the Birch trees.
Afterward, black paint is applied for the birch effect. Ink and Acrylic are used for the black on white affect.
This took me some time, but so worth the effort. Really pretty dimensions on this one. I hope you enjoy it.
