Returns and Exchanges:
Items can be returned up to 21 days after purchase. Damaged Items will not be accepted. Buyer pays for return shipping. Exceptions: On sale and intimate Items are exempt from returns.
Cancellations: accepted. Request a cancellation within 3 hours of purchase
Processing time: 1-3 business days to shipping. If you have a custom order, I will specify the amount of time needed in your custom listing.
