Nurse bottle openers are carved out of locally sourced dark walnut and inlayed with epoxy resin. The design is also carved into the wood and filled with resin. This ensures the design cannot wear away. Bottle opener is 4-1/2" tall, 5" wingspan and 5/8" in thickness. Bottle opener insert is made out of 2" diameter quality 304 stainless steel and is flush mounted. Nurses bottle opener features a floating internal magnet shielded by a steel strike plate. Magnet retracts effortlessly to allow a bottle to be cracked open leaving the bottle cap stuck to the opener. Every bottle opener will be one of a kind. From the woods color, grain pattern, resin blend and your personalization, each piece will be unique.

How it’s Made
Every bottle opener starts as a raw piece of wood that's milled down and squared to the proper tolerances. Carving and pouring of the resin is a three step process with a days cure time in between each. After the resin is cured its time to sand smooth, engrave your text and apply the top coat. Let dry, install the disc magnet and opener insert, then its time to prep for shipping.
