Hollowing the Box Each box is carefully routed by hand to create the signature hollow interior, ensuring a snug, flawless fit for your most meaningful jewelry.
Smoothing Every Surface Every edge is refined by sanding by hand. A silky-smooth finish you can feel.
Bringing Out the Grain Each box is hand-stained to enhance the natural character of the wood, highlighting the unique beauty of every grain pattern.
The Perfect Finish We apply a durable clear coat that protects your box and brings out a deep, lasting sheen—designed to stand the test of time.
Drilling Pilot Holes Precision is key. We drill pilot holes for the hinges and clasps to prevent splitting and ensure everything lines up perfectly.
Installing Hardware A series of timeless bronze hinges and clasps are carefully installed, giving each box a satisfying reveal and secure hold.
