- SNUG FIT vs. LOOSE FIT: By default, I make snug fit (exact fit) bracelet. If you prefer loose fit, add additional 0.25" to your measured "wrist size" in the dropdown. For example: If your actual measured wrist size is 5.75" but you prefer loose fit, select the size as 6" in the dropdown.
- WRIST SIZE NOT FOUND: If you do not find your "wrist size" in the dropdown, simply choose 'Custom(Leave Note)' from dropdown and leave a note during checkout with your "wrist size". I will make the bracelet accordingly.

OUR JEWELRY IS… • Made with high quality lava stones, semi-precious beads, silver, and glass beads • Tarnish free silver wire & gold wire, 925 silver, 1mm stretch cord, waxed linen cord • Crafted in house CARE INSTRUCTIONS • Remove before swimming or showering • Do not use harsh chemicals • Store in a clean, dry area • Clean with a soft, damp towel
Shop Policies
Shipping: All our products are made and will ship within 1 to 3 days of ordering the only exception would be on weekends and holidays when the postal service is closed. We offer a discounted USPS flat rate cost. Need it fast we also offer Priority mail (not discounted). A Tracking Number & Estimated Delivery Date will be provided for all shipments when applicable upon order shipment. At this time I only ship to the US.

Damage / Loss: Starfish by Kristan is not responsible for damage, late, or loss packages during shipment. Once your order is turned over to the shipping carrier, it is now their responsibility.
Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays in shipping.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS:
Cancellations: We do not accept cancellations at this time.
Returns: I will gladly accept returns up to 7 days after the purchase. The buyer is responsible for all return costs, and the item must be returned in the condition it was received within: 30 days of delivery . There will not be any returns for customized items.
