This ornament is hand painted with metallic color-shifting pigments & watercolor pens on laser cut basswood then sealed with a kiss of resin to bring out the shine! Ornament is approximately 5.5" tall by 4" wide by 0.25" thick. To ensure the finish stays its best, please protect it from excessive UV light exposure.

Meet the Maker
I am a mixed-media artist with a love of the ocean and the animals that live there (and walruses are indeed the most perfect animals ever!). Resin, watercolor, acrylics, fabric and wood are just a few of the mediums that I work with. Creating useful 3-D printed items for the unique needs encountered during my daily veterinary medicine activities is also a passion.
How it’s Made
Each of my animal ornaments are hand-painted on laser cut basswood using color-shifting metallic watercolors and watercolor pens....and each one is a unique work of art!
To add a touch of magic, I seal the artwork with a glossy resin finish. The resin not only enhances the colors but also provides durability, making this ornament a lasting treasure for your holiday (or everyday!) decor.
