B.A.’s Drum Head Art ~ ” I am taking the tools of our musical heroes and turning them into art.” I have been painting, painting, painting until the weeeeee morning hours and having a blast. This drum head art of an OM sign, is a 8 in. upcycled drum head that has been hand painted.
Care
Please do not use harsh chemicals on artwork. For protection and easy wipe down cleaning a sealant has been applied to the Drum head. If you want to use it on your drum kit, knock yourself out, however, I can not guarantee the longevity of the painting.
Upcycled Drum Heads
I upcycle drum heads that have been used for gigs/shows and use them in place of canvas. This is a used drum head and may have little imperfections. These little “imperfections” have become a part of the art, making each piece unique and one of a kind.

I'm a happy girl from Woodstock, Georgia. I am a cosmic ignitor who's purpose in life is to spread joy and whimsy with art.

I have been a full time artist for 24 years and pride myself on making original, one of a kind art that is made to inspire light spirits and happy hearts and is sold world wide. I have just recently become an Author. I wrote, illustrated and published my first book "The Giving Heart". My second book will be out at the start of 2024. Exciting times!!
How it’s Made

Sure, I could paint on canvas and sometimes I do but why not do my part in recycle/ reuse and give a cool item new purpose! B.A.'s Drum Head Art is up-cycled drum heads turned into original art. I re-purpose my husbands used drum heads and use them in place of canvas for my original, mixed-media art. Each piece is an original work of art. All of my drum head art is sealed for easy wipe down cleaning.
Because I am using used drum heads, please note that surfaces may have unique characteristics. They are meant to be there and do not deter from the work of art.
This Art should hang on a wall or in a window. Some drum heads are see through and will have a stained glass type effect.
While I don’t like to duplicate my designs, I welcome and encourage custom orders. Please contact me today with your order.
While it is possible to use these drum heads on your kits, I would not encourage it. Then tension may cause the paint to crack and chip.

Shop Policies
SHIPPING
All items are insured and come with a tracking number. If for some reason your item arrives in anything less than 100% awesome condition, please keep shipping packaging and item and contact me immediately. I will need both the item and the packaging to start the insurance reimbursement process.
PROCESSING
I am notified immediately when you purchase an item. I will send you an email saying I have received your order. Unless it is a holiday or a weekend, your order will go out the following day. If you placed your order over the weekend, your order will ship on Monday. If you ordered on a holiday your order will go out the next available day that the post is up and running. When your order is packaged for shipping, I will send out another email with a tracking number, so that you can follow the progress of your shipment.
RETURN POLICY
I strive to be 100% forthcoming in my product details. Measurements will always be made available and I try to capture what the product looks like in my photography using different kinds of lighting. That being said, sometimes ya just can't get hues and tones. So far everyone I have sold to in the past 24 years says what arrives is even better than the photos. But maybe, just maybe, something arrives and is not at all what you thought it was going to be. No worries. After receiving the item, you have a week to decide if you want to return it. If you want to return it, you can ship it back to me and I will refund your money, minus the shipping fee monies it took to send it to you. If you feel the need to return something, you will only be refunded the cost of the item.

I am a one woman show. I make, market and ship everything in my shop myself. Handmade items are full of character and whimsy. They will not have a mass produced look about them, because they are not. Each piece is one of a kind and can not be duplicated. I strive for happy customers who want to collect or share my art with loved ones.
