FULL DECK INSPIRATION - I finally found a bicycle deck Queen of Hearts on a tshirt and I was inspired to let my imagination soar with the cuffs! Each cuff is embellished with a doubled, gathered, half of a blouse! The cuffs are soft and flowwy and cover the tips of your fingers when down. They can be rolled into the sleeves when turning up the cuffs a couple rolls.
