Hi, I'm Liz, a maker, author and homesteader. I live on a beautiful acreage in the middle of nowhere Texas with my wonderful family, numerous dogs, cats, chickens, and goats. When I'm not tending to the animals or people, you can find me in my "studio" sewing, quilting, spinning, weaving, crocheting, and knitting.

And if goat's milk soap is perfect for my hands, wouldn't it be great for my clothes and handmade items as well? Yes! So I make goat's milk laundry soap to share with you all too!

I combine traditional and modern for a unique quilt style. I like to stick with simple, easy construction processes. The result is a pattern that is beautiful, yet simple to sew. All my patterns have been tested and reviewed multiple times to ensure the directions are as clear and easy to understand as possible. I hope you enjoy making this quilt as much as I enjoyed designing it!
