Organically grown Cucumber Seed Oil has a lightweight and silky feel and is well suited for dry and deficient skin, scalp, and hair. It is exceptionally high in calming phytosterols that support the skin’s natural lipid barrier, maintaining softness and a supple texture. Comprised of over 50% beneficial Omega-6 Linoleic acid, it helps the skin retain moisture and elasticity as it deeply nourishes. Naturally rich in antioxidant vitamin E (both tocopherols and tocotrienols), Cucumber Seed Oil helps protect the skin from environmental conditions and improves the appearance of mature, scarred, or sun-exposed skin.

Certified organic Geranium has a distinctively rosy-floral essential oil that is rather strong and dominant in blends. Its main constituents are Citronellol, Geraniol, Linalol, Citronellyl formate, Isomenthone, 10-epi-Gamma-Eudesmol, and Geranyl Formate.

Certified Organic or wild-crafted Frankincense carterii is distilled from the aromatic resin of frankincense trees. Common to India it has a distinct sweet, spicy aroma with notes of anise and mint. Many find the aroma of Frankincense Essential Oil to be spiritually grounding and meditative. Its major constituents are a-Pinene, a-Phellandrene, (+)-Limonene, B-Myrcene, B-Pinene, B-Caryophyllene, p-Cymene, Terpinen-4-ol, Verbenone, Sabinene, and Linalool.

Certified organic Rose absolute hydrosol is often favored by fragrance formulators and perfumists for its fragrance, aromatic strength. It has a smell floral and sweet with an intense, concentrated rose aroma. Rose absolute has a deep red color. Its main constituents are Citronellol, Geranoil, Alkenes & Alkanese, Nerol, Methyleugenol, Linalool, Citronellyl Acetate, Ethanol, and 2-Phenylethano.

Certified organic Lemon Balm (aka Melissa) hydrosol is well suited for all skin types. Aromatically, Lemon Balm Hydrosol possesses a somewhat lemony, herbaceous aroma. is calming and helpful for stress and anxiety. Melissa Essential Oil is reported to be helpful with depression and Melissa Hydrosol is said to also help with depression. Topically, Lemon Balm Hydrosol is anti-inflammatory and can help with skin irritations. Lemon Balm Hydrosol is anti-bacterial and anti-viral. Catty states that it might help with herpes sores.

Certified organic English Thyme (Thymus vulgaris) hydrosol is a species of flowering plant in the mint family Lamiaceae, native to southern Europe from the western Mediterranean to southern Italy. It is a woody, broadleaf evergreen perennial in the mint family (Lamiaceae) native to Southwestern Europe and southeastern Italy. There are many cultivars. contains a variety of chemical compounds, with the most prominent being thymol and carvacrol. These phenols are the main components of the essential oil, which also includes other volatile compounds like p-cymene, γ-terpinene, linalool, and 1,8-cineole. Additionally, thyme contains flavonoids (such as apigenin and luteolin), tannins, and triterpenes.

Hello! My name is Rise Riyo (pronounced like Ree-say Ree-yo). I am a Level 3 NAHA Aromatherapist having studied under the guidance of Andrea Butje, Cindy Black, and Karen Williams of Aromahead Institute. I'm always taking courses to keep my knowledge alive and well. I handcraft made-to-order aromatherapy blends using certified organic and/or wild-crafted essential oils, carrier oils, and butters, and herbs.

SHIPPING:

I use USPS Priority flat rate mail and USPS Ground. USPS takes between 1-3 business days for Priority Small Package and 4-6 for Ground. Your order will depend on the speed of the US post office and the time of the year. Once I drop it off at the post office, it's out of my control especially around holidays. So please plan ahead. Thanks.

ZERO-WASTE ENGAGEMENT:

When it comes to recycling, many of us are already doing our best to be more conscientious when it comes to our purchasing and disposal decisions.

My goal is to practice zero waste engagement as an aromatherapist in my business.

I refuse to buy essential oils from Multi-Level Marketing companies. Instead, I buy certified organic, wild-crafted (harvested) essential oils, carrier oils, butters, and other supplies from small, independent vendors and small farms practicing fair trade within their businesses.
I reduce the amount of waste with packaging materials and buying bio-degradable, sustainable products like bags and natural bamboo wood.
I reuse packaging such as peanuts, bubble wrap, kraft paper and more to wrap your purchased items.
I repurpose any items from my business back into my business such as bottles.
I recycle all allowable items from my business to our city waste management program, including our family's food waste turning it into compost. We also have a small compost pile for our little herbal garden.
